Tracy J. Roberts is a Certified Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Tracy concentrates her practice in the areas of complex estate planning, probate and trust administration, and tax-exempt organizations.

In her practice, Tracy develops and implements individualized estate plans, including wills, living trusts, life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective irrevocable trusts, and charitable remainder trusts. She assists individual and corporate fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates, as well as the preparation of federal and state estate tax returns. Tracy has considerable experience creating and advising public and private foundations. She also assists clients with advanced gifting techniques to charitable organizations.

Tracy received her B.A. Degree in 1988 from the University of Arizona and her J.D. in 1996 from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a member of the State Bar of California.

Tracy enjoys being involved in the community. Currently, she is on the Board of Directors for WTLC, a women’s shelter, and the Board of Directors for the Orange County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (“SPCA”).
