PROBATE/ TRUST ADMINISTRATION

The firm recently advised the executors during probate proceedings in several mid-seven figure probates.

The firm is currently advising a number of trustees concerning the administration of trusts. Our work for the trustee includes, but is not limited to, sub-trust allocation, the preparation of estate tax returns, the preparation of accountings, and advanced estate planning techniques in an attempt to avoid or diminish the estate tax. These tasks are accomplished by working closely with the client's financial advisor and accountant.

The firm has advised and continues to advise various national institutional fiduciaries administering problematic estates and trusts.

The firm is currently representing numerous conservators and guardians during court supervised matters.
