Eric R. Adler specializes in Estate Planning, Probate, Conservatorships/Guardianships, Closely Held and Family Owned Businesses, Real Estate, Transactional Tax Matters and the Representation of Trustees and Beneficiaries in Contested and Uncontested Trust Matters. He has extensive experience planning complex estates and all of the legal, tax and personal issues which arise in connection with such planning. He also has extensive experience assisting trustees in the administration of trusts, including contested matters, and conversely, has represented beneficiaries in contested matters.

Eric is currently acting president of the Board of Directors of Family Services of Long Beach and serves on the fundraising advisory Board for Miller’s Children’s Hospital. Eric is also a member of the State Bar of California.

Eric received his B.A. Degree in 1994 from Boston University, Cum Laude, and his J. D. Degree in 1997 from Washington University, St. Louis.
