If you are taking a freeway:

- From all Freeways get to the 710 South
- 710 will appear to "split" - Stay to the left.
- The third Exit after the "split" will be GOLDEN SHORE.
- Exit GOLDEN SHORE.

(If you look up towards the left, you will see Union Bank of California
in red letters across the top of the building)
Make a LEFT off of the exit ramp, and an immediate RIGHT onto SEASIDE WAY.

This is the parking structure for 400 Oceangate.
We will validate parking.

From the South Bay of Los Angeles if you are not taking the 405 South:

- Either take PCH to the 710 South and follow the directions listed above, or
- Take the bridges south
- The first light after the second bridge is Golden Shore, take a right on Golden Shore
- Take an immediate left on to Seaside Way
- Take an immediate left into the first parking structure.

From Orange County if you are not taking the 405 North

- Take PCH to 2nd St.
- Take 2nd St. to where it merges with Ocean Blvd., veer left
- Take Ocean Blvd. to Golden Shore and take a left on Golden Shore
- Take an immediate left on to Seaside Way
- Take an immediate left into the first parking structure
